I am a FCPA, FCA and CBV with over 20 years of experience in consultation and negotiation. I have appraised over 1,000 SMEs and have been involved with a wide range of sales and acquisitions of businesses.
Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant (FCPA, FCA)
I have held the designation of Chartered Professional Accountant since 1995 and I am a member and Fellow of the Quebec’s CPA Order and member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario.
As of 2016, I hold the title of Fellow of the Order of Chartered Professional Accountants (FCPA), which formally recognizes those members who have rendered outstanding services to the profession, or whose achievements in their careers or in the community have earned them distinction and brought honour to the profession.
Chartered Business Valuator (CBV)
I have over 20 years of experience in business valuation in the context of sales and acquisitions, litigation, business transfer and tax reorganizations. I am also a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators (CICBV).
To date, I have determined the fair market value of over 1,000 SMEs.

Awards and recognition
I am the recipient of the Prix CA Émérite Outaouais (now known as Prix CPA Émérite Outaouais) from the Regroupement des comptables professionnels agréés de l’Outaouais. This prize is awarded each year to a CPA in the Outaouais region for his or her outstanding professional accomplishments, contribution to the profession and involvement in the community.
I have been granted the title of Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant (FCPA) 2016, which is awarded to distinguished members by l’Ordre des CPA du Québec.
Community involvement
I had the chance to be the founding president of the Gatineau M&A Club, whose mandate is to provide SME finance professionals from the Outaouais region with a platform for networking, communication and business transactions. I had also provided my time and expertise to numerous non-profit organizations in the National Capital Region for close to 20 years.
